fixed sights on 3in j frame
did smith and Wesson ever make a 3in j frame with fixed sights? like the 60-14 sights.

Yes, here are three with with fixed sights and heavy 3" barrel. Left to right . . . a 36-1, a 60 (Jovino), and a 640.
