Get a bent screw and the rear sight blade will "wave" as it traverses. Very common, actually, at least on S&W adjustable sights since WWII. Never mind the slightly twisted bodies. What really makes me nuts is getting an elevation change when making a windage adjustment. Probably not noticeable if you never shoot past 25 yards, but at 50 to 100yards it can be a source of frustration. (Have yet to shoot regularly at 200yards, but one of these days....)
