Default S&W model 629 Ported 3" 150th Anniversary Model Questions?

I ran across a Model 629 44magnum ported 3" and marked 150th anniversary model on the barrel laser engraved. The gun shop owner said he thinks it's a Talo? But didn't know much about it? There is NO Box or Papers, so that doesn't give me any clue? And it has Hogue grips on it and I wasn't able to get a serial number. It does have the lock on the side.

I'd LOVE to know if it is a Talo and about when it was made? About how many were produced?

And what would be a "FAIR" price for it with NO box ETC?

Thanks in advance for any help and advice!!!
