Default Lady Smith Owners?

Hello.

Any Lady Smith owners here?

I'm also thinking about a 442 PRO .38+P in Dec or early 2016 for my other half.

My wife has that exact Lady Smith, and she loves it. I have the 442 PRO .38+P and I really like it. Have several S&W's and love shooting them all.

Love the 65 LS -- for me the ideal fighting revolver.

Strongly recommend a 442 Pro, they're superb go-anywhere deep concealment revolvers, and I love the moon clips.

I have been told the "ladysmith" models have much lighter trigger-pulls. Can anyone tell me for sure they are much different than any other J Frame 38?

My wife has the one in the original post. I have a 442 and yes her trigger is much nicer. Mine is easier shooting with soft grips.

I have a 631 LS, a "regular" 631 and a 632, and the LS has the smoothest trigger of the three. Don't know if it came from the factory that way or not...

Here is my 65 LadySmith that I rescued from my local shooting range. They took it in on a trade and had just put it up as a rental. I told them that was blasphemy and I gave $300 for it. I then sent it to S&W to be refinished $170.

Best combat revolver ever made. Dead on with the factory fixed sights as well.

Typical 20 shot group 25 to 30 feet

I don't personally own one, but have one in the safe. I am just holding on to it until my daughter gets old enough for the little blaster (and several others).

Default Get a 60 not a 642

Women have trouble with recoil with the airweghts. The stainless model will allow better defensive ammo choices because it tames recoil well.
