This may be an enlightening video for those interested in the S&W .460 round.

I have the .460 XVR with a 8 3/8" barrel with the compensator and looking at the video, it would appear that my longer barrel and compensator do a fine job of quelling the recoil. My .460 has never had this much muzzle rise.

I don't agree with everything in the video, but still pretty good.
