Default Whats A Fair Price For A 629-2 Mountain Gun?

I have a chance to purchase a 629-2 Mountain Gun Its in the #s matching box with all paperwork and supposedly has been shot very little. Just wanted to know what would be a fair price to pay for it. Thanks so much for the help....sammykat.

I have seen them sell 800-1200 depending on box, docs, and condition.

It sounds like one of the 5000 original "Mountain Revolvers" from 1989. They had a bead blast finish and came with Pachmayr Grippers. I'm not sure what they currently bring, but I would guess an "as new in box" example would easily top 1K at auction.

I swapped out the rubber grips on mine for some Combat's. Nice guns!
