Default Heads up on some Model 15's and 13's

Allan's armory has listed a few model 15's and model 13's for what I think are good prices (esp the 13's):

I have no affiliation. He has a good reputation.

Sadly, since I live in the peoples republic of Massachusetts, I can't take advantage of this.

I bought a Manurhun MR 73 from him with adjustable sights. Called him and he is great to deal with, nice person also. I saw these guns for sale but just don't need one. If the 13's were 3", that would be a hard decision. His web site is on my favorite list, Larry

Once you add shipping and a transfer fee (a total of $55 for the two, in my case), are these still good deals?

Would come out to over $400 for a M13 for me.
And I don't really need/want one that much.

I suppose it depends on where you are. I've only seen one M13 for sale here in Mass in the last year or so. I went to a big gun show this past weekend and didn't see a single one.

If I didn't already have one of each, $350 for a 15 or $380 for a 13 shooter would be tempting in my neck of the woods.

I paid $400 for a 13-1 in similar condition at a local pawn shop. The clincher for me was that it was a really early one built on a 10-6 frame that had been factory overstamped 13-1. I thought that was cool enough to be worth the price.
