Performance center Schofield
I'm not quite sure where to ask this question because there's not many threads out there on this model. So- I have access to two new in the wood box- performance center marked- with the original shipping boxes and cardboard sleeves -two .45 schofield revolvers with serial numbers that are one number off between them on the serial.
Trying to figure out what these would be worth because they need to be unloaded for something more useful.

Check completed auctions on gunbroker.
I imagine the performance center version is somewhat more desireable than the standard , but I'm sure it's no better than the lower priced verson and it's adorned with unlovely 'engraving'.

Personally, I do not, without seeing a few photos. The reason I say that, is that I have never seen or heard of a Performance Center Schofield.

Would it be possible to post a picture or a link that shows the box label with the Product Code and s/n? There's a lot to be learned from the details that the label provides.
For example, just knowing the Product Code would tell us if these were in fact Performance Center guns. They use a certain format that's different from standard production. Just one example.

Product code 170146 is a Performance Center product code. The Spec. Ord. number is a code for the ship date.....
January 16, 2001.
The "GWF" s/n prefix was common and used with the lion share of the modern 7-inch blue Scholfields. The initials stand for George W. Schofield, a Major in the US Army who designed the revolver. Source say (2,600) of this variation were made.
Here's a link to a previous thread with lots of details on s/n, product codes, and production numbers........
