Are you talking the outside of the barrel or the inside? The outside appears good while on the inside I can see the rifling which is normal.

BTW, I sure hope you were NOT looking through the viewfinder on that camera when you took that picture... Not a very good idea unless the cylinder is rolled out!! Even on an unloaded gun...

it is not loaded. the end of the circle part of the barrel on the outside to me doesn't look like it is completely round. maybe the black coating is causing this? i shot 3 bullseyes with it. so it shoots fine. i didnt use a view finder i used the lcd screen on the camera. and cropped the picture.

It looks like the rifling is making it seem to be not centered, however, a few of my revolvers appear like this and they shoot very well, as you say yours does. So, I think that it just looks weird.

Haven't you learned that it's not the gun that is dangerous.

Just what can happen with an unloaded gun..

With that logic you would never be able to dry fire your gun.

If you look at the rifling it looks like you have a land on one side and a groove on the other side.
This will make it look lopsided.
On a stainless barrel it really looks off.
If it shoots straight don't worry about it.

Only a piece of paper or a bad guy sees that part of the gun and the paper does not care and the bad guy is worried about other things.
