Default Another 3" 640 !

Sometimes I can't help myself...

Was watching another 3" 640. I picked a nice one a couple of weeks ago, and have posted pictures of it on another thread. Something about 3" guns.

Well...

Won another on GB, that the buyer claims is 95%. It looks pretty good.

I have read and been told that S&W made 500 or so. Now I have two of them.

Pictures and reports to follow.

Way to go, partner! Can't say I understand a 3" bbl on a 640, but as the old saying goes, "For every Jack, there's a Jill."

I recently bought two 442 PC guns from my range/FFL. I ordered one and the "nice gent" who ordered the 2nd did not respond to any messages that it had arrived. Fun being in business, isn't it? So I absolutely had to take this 2nd 442: I was concerned that it might become a range gun. Can't have that, can we?

Getting uglier out there, partner. Stay safe. Check 6.

Just picked it up at my dealer's. Very nice - looks unfired. Pre-times nicely. Just rounded the trigger face a little and the back edges of the trigger. I get pinched between the back edges and the trigger guard.

Real nice gun! I have the same Herrett's grips on a 3" 317. They fit the hand really well and look great. Be advised that an HKS speedloader in .38 will not clear them.
