Default 13-3 3"

Found one and made a trade for a Gen III Colt DS in nickel unfired.

So the paperwork is done and now the 10 day wait begins.

I'm not a Colt guy and he wasn't a S&W guy. Oddly enough, we both bought these pieces for trade bait and never fired either one of them.

The 13 is easily in 95% condition or better. No box or papers for either gun.

It has some really nice magna grips, I'll post pics later when I download them.

I have a 4" 13-4 which is a really nice piece and a 3" 65-5 Ladysmith, so I am familiar with this model.

Looking forward to pick-up.

A 13-3 in 3" is a nice find, but that DS would have brought $900 + around here

I guess it depends on where you are as to what they go for.

No box or papers, I wanted to be reasonable. Besides, I much prefer the 13, so we both walked away feeling good about the deal.

Check out the diamond magnas.

Snapping Twig, that is a sweet looking 3"er! In my area I haven't seen a M13 3"er in about 8 years. The last one I saw had a lime green insert in the front sight - not sure if that was factory. Being a Smith guy myself I would have made that trade also, because they're just getting so hard to find. Sounds like a nice piece of horse trading to me. Enjoy shooting that one!

Just ordered a set of BK grip adapters.

Not sure the grips on this are S&W, but they look nice.

I have a spare set of real magnas kicking around if these aren't up to snuff.
