Default Mfg date of 64-6 3" pre-lock
Hello all. I am new to the forum.
I was hoping to find out the manufacture date of the 64-6 3" pre-lock I picked up. The serial number is CEU7281.

This is my first revolver and I love it.

Welcome! Prefix CEU is very likely mid-2001, perhaps June. Cool gun and highly sought after as a CCW. Enjoy!

You got a gem there.

My carry gun is a 3" 64-5.

Just wish there were an easy way to get a narrower FO front sight on it. The dadgum ramp just about fills the notch and is integral to the barrel. So it would have to be ground off and a new one dovetailed in.
