Default S&W 64-8 from SOG, Marking Question
Picked up a police trade-in from SOG. 4" 64-8, beatiful shape aside from the lock.

On the right side plate it is stamped "IN" and on the next line "OP"
I'm assuming IN means "Indiana"?
What agency would use the "OP" initials?
Gun works fine so I know it's not "IN OPerable".
