Default 3" Big Bore picture thread

Hello, my name is Seth, and I'm addicted 3" .44's....

3S16's thread illustrating his three LH stainless 3" beauties inspired me to take mine out of the safe and wipe them down.

From top to bottom:
LH 629-1 wearing Kurac's Osage orange RB combats
LH 629-1 NIB...came from an LGS and wasn't even advertised as such. Wasn't price as such either...
29-10 "bounty Hunter"
LH 29-10 tapered barrel, square butt. Extra skinny factory Altamont magnas are in the box...where they belong.

Please share yours if you're willing

I can play this game - sort of.

Believe it or not, this little beastie is my most accurate .44 Special:

Although this one isn't too bad, either:

Very nice!

I'll add this 25-14

And I presume .40 cal qualifies as "big".

I have an 8 3/8" model 29. I'm feeling left out so I started filing down the barrel to qualify for this thread. I should be able to post a photo in about two years.

Are these M58 frames with 44 barrels and cylinders? Whatever they are, I like them.

Default I'm Disappointed

I'm disappointed that no one has posted pictures of no more than 6 big bore revolvers in one reply? I keep getting beat at auction on these revolvers so someone is buying them all up. You know who you are and you need to share.......

Since you asked...a few photos of six or more. My photography skills are pretty poor compared to most. First six, then twelve, then twenty seven. For the record, I don't think I have bid against you. Best regards, Bob.

Do Jovino's count? Their barrels are only 2.75" in 45acp & 45 Colt. These have been shown before, but I can't resist.

Pizza Bob
