Correct rear blade size for 386PD

Took my new carry piece to the range today to try some new loads, but the rear sight blade had jumped ship.

Anybody know which rear blade size came stock on this gun? There are a number of different ones at Midway.

Also, would consider C&S Extreme Duty fixed rear sight, but there are three to choose from(CS0123 -R, -DR, -RU). Anybody know the difference? I will call tomorrow and ask, but thought I'd ask since I was already making the thread about replacing the stock sight blade. Thanks!
