Default worth of my MOD 34-1

i have had this mod 34-1 for about 10 years now. Have had it since my father passed. It is a great shooting gun but cant bear to have it any more. I am in the military and if i could shoot it with my old man i am just going to part with it.

looked at some posts earlier and here are some of the characteristics of the weapon.

1. 34-1
2. Seriel number on bottom of grip M 78443 and on yoke SN#47442 and a stamp of D12
3. .22 LR CTG.
4. 4 inch barrel
5. post war sights
2 screws on the trigger cover guard

i just want to get fair market valley for maybe someone who can enjoy this fire arm. reply to me ill send pics and it has a holster. I dont shoot it much just take out oil, and keep it up to snuff. Thanks Mike

These older .22's routinely sell in the $500 to $700 range. They're more sought after than some of the newer production stuff.

You should really post in the "1961 to 1980" forum to get the most current info on value. IINM you gun was made in the 1950's.

Welcome to the forum.
It's your gun and your father but once you let it go it's gone.
I have the only handgun my father owned at the time of his death. I have never shot it but I'll never sell it.
