SW 629 PC 2.65
Just bought a 629PC today to correct selling the first one I owned a few years ago. Having kept the IWB Grizzly Bear from Bell Charter Oak I had order purchased when I bought my first one, that's one less item I need to get for it. BELL CHARTER OAK CUSTOM HOLSTERS INSIDE WAISTBAND (607) 783-2483
I do have a set of Pachmayr Compact grips on their way for this N frame.
I also have a set of these on the way, too

Really nice 629PC. I'd like to get one myself but don't seem to have the hands for .44 Magnum. Can't shoot more than just a few through my 629 5" without wanting to switch back over to something lighter.
Those are solid revolvers. Well done.

Just received my C&S notched fixed sight and Pachmayr compact grips. Not as good looking as the wood but ill greatly aid me on holding on when I get to the range.

I carry strong side, appendix front - so this holster works perfectly. The maker does offer varying degrees of cant on their holster line.

cal45, which one of the C&S fixed rear sights did you get - is it the U-notch or regular Extreme Duty fixed rear? Did it affect POA vs POI at all with using the factory front sight? I have the same gun and want to change to the same rear sight, but don't want to mess up POI, and I don't want to change the front sight.

The U-notch. Have not taken to the range yet to see how it effects POI. I changed them for carry purposes, as I appendix carry and the S&W blade sights in general have sharp edges.

Thanks for the response! I realized after asking the question that you had already provided the model of sight in post #1. Please post an update on whether it shoots to POA after taking it to the range.
