Default 19-7

Was the model 19 ever made with an 8 3/8" barrel?

I have never seen a Model 19 with an 8 3/8".
S&W did offer a K-38 in 8 3/8".

If you find such an animal double check that the barrel says .357 Magnum and has a shrouded ejector rod , otherwise the barrel was from a K-38
