Default Model 18-7 Front Sight Blade

I have one of the Model 18 remakes and need a new front sight blade. Mine is shooting high at 15 yards and I am out of down adjustment on the rear sight. The front sight blade is pinned in place, so I would like to replace it with a taller blade. Does anyone know of a source for these? TIA

S&W makes several heights of rear slides to handle this situation. You need a lower one, probably a .126". There is rarely any reason to change the front sight!
