Default Smith & Wesson Springs

Are are all S&W revolver springs the same material?

I noticed that different part numbers are listed for a blue Model 36 compared to the same parts numbers for a stainless Model 60.

Material the same? Are stainless springs flash chromed for stainless revolvers like the hammers and triggers used to be?
