I need to find an appraiser for my one of a kind Model 3 45 and gunbelt. Who would you guys recommend ?

That is a beauty and I LOVE the holster! Tough to get a solid value on a package like that. If you are appraising for insurance coverage, I'd say $10k. If you are trying to sell, I'd say start at $8k and if no interest,drop in $500 increments. Nice ensemble. Thanks for showing it.
