How are you carrying it: IWB, pocket, belt,...?

Pretty hard to beat a Don Hume J.I.T. belt slide. Inexpensive to boot.
You can find them on ebay.

My favorite OWB for snub revolvers is the Price Western Leather
(PWL) Model #320. It's their rendition of Chic Gaylord's Combat
Speed Scabbard.
Shown below Left with my S&W Model 642. The belt is Milt Sparks.
Below it to the Left is an Alessi Hard Shell Talon IWB, and to the right
an "inconspicuous" IWB by Garrity.
On the Right Ruger's SP101 with the Crimson Trace Laser. Same
Model holster. They don't specify laser sight or not, and the fit
is no problem. The knife is Kershaw's Junkyard Dog II.

Mernickle Holsters in northern Nevada makes a fine front-tilt belt rig for snubs that will hold the gun securely when upside down yet will allow a clean draw. Nice family company.

"Best holster"? I can't tell you.
How and where on your waistline that you want to place your holster is an extremely personal thing. What works for me might be the most uncomfortable thing you've ever used. It's almost like choosing what style of underwear you like. Unfortunately, you're going to have to google "holsters" and look at a bunch of makers' products and try to find something that might work for you. There are literally hundreds out there. A better question might be to check here on the forum as to who's used a particular maker for info on their quality, etc.
I can say to look particularly at the belt loops, because those will be the part under your belt and pressed against your body. Look at how wide those sections are if they're on the back (as opposed to a pancake-style with the "wings" out to the sides), because wider usually means more stable. If it's something you want for concealment, you'll want to look at holsters that draw in snug, like a pancake or similar.
I strongly suggest sticking with leather. Kydex is pretty and usually less expensive, but it will never conform to your shape like a leather holster will over time.
Best of luck. Don't be discouraged if it takes more than one try at getting what's perfect for you. We've all been there... I have three(!) large plastic tubs of holsters I've collected over the years as I tried for "perfection." And I'm not the only one!

Galco Concealable and Galco Stinger are both good OWB options.

I recommend an Azula OWB two slot pancake holster. I have one that I use for my 442 as well as for other various handguns. They are pretty well made and less than $50. Azula OWB Two Slot Pancake Belt Holster | AZULA Gun Holsters
