Two old friends back together again
My Dad carried this service revolver while stationed in Vietnam, in the U.S. Air Force. It is a 15-2 Combat Masterpiece. My favorite gun.First revolver I ever fired. Today I was cleaning out the bottom of one of my safes and I found the holster! I hadn't seen it in decades. Pretty cool. Holster reads:

Finish wear marks on the barrel end, and left stocks "football" area match up exactly with the holsters "hard" spots. Matching pair,and still ready for action. Glad they are back together..  Maybe I'll get my Dad to strap it on one more time....

Dad lives in Ca. and not really a "gun" guy..but knows how to use them. Haven't heard from him for a while..he goes into these "moods" and needs time to work things out. Don't we all! Might just be about time to give him a call...

At 50' with good wadcutters it will cloverleaf all 6 shots. It spoiled me for handgun accuracy forever.
