Default Picked up the 25-7

Possibly unfired (it won't be for long) with all the paperwork and unopened cleaning kit. I plan on using the heck out of it. I load for 2 other 45 Colts and it is a favorite revolver cartridge.

That's one of my favorite shooters. I have a whole .30 ammo can full of 200 Xtreme plated plinking loads for it at the moment. I plan to put a dent in that supply next weekend

I can account for #5.
I truly believe these are the finest .45 Colt revolvers S&W ever made. And one of their finest revolvers period.

SIX!

There's just something special about dumping those six big empty cartridges into your hand after feeling the "push" of the 45 Colt.

Great guns. Congratulations!

Dan

Does anybody have a source for westinghouse micarta grips? I am looking hard at the slightly aged Tru Ivory grips.

Congratulations on the -7! They have the coolest look about them. Hope to have 1 someday. Do have a 25-15 that I like though. Bob

Let us know how it shoots. Mine shoots about 4 inches high at 7 yards, and have have heard it is not the only one. Would like to know how yours does.

Thanks

I assume you have the rear sight bottomed out. If that's the case your 25-7 likely has the wrong rear sight blade installed. Would you be able to post a pic of your rear sight from an aiming perspective?
