Default Show me your Culina.....

I have a couple of revolvers that may need a new pair of shoes. Specifically, a 629 Classic and a 686. I have looked at the Culina grips and they are beautiful. If you don't mind sharing, please show me your Culina grips. It's an investment and I need to convince myself to part with the coin. Thanks.

Here are a few pages of Kurac grips to drool on. It's a bit of a zombie thread but well worth going back to.

First set is feather crotch honey Bastogne Walnut, pictures do not do these grips justice. They look unbelievable in hand. I cannot bring myself to mount them on a gun, they are truly a work of art and I keep them in my showcase with other pieces of art.

second set is some fantastic Carlo Burl and then a great set of roasted Birdseye Maple.

These are great threads because we get to see so many type woods used. My only pair are cocobola, or is it cocobolo? Whatever it is, I wanted a very dark pair of grips, preferring the richness of the dark color to flashy grain. But when you look up close all the grain is there, and still has bookend matching direction of grain on the bottom.
