24-3 photos comming soon...
I just bought a 4in 24-3 off a auction site. it looks great and is described as 98++ condition. it has the box papers and tools. I have been looking for a good one for years at a good price with no success. I paid well under 1000 for this one, I hope it is as nice as described, it looks to be. when I get it I will post photos.

Yes welcome to the 2625 club. I have that barrel length as well as the 3" one. Your gonna love that 44 special. Winchester does make a silvertip 200 grain load at 900 feet per second. Which is about the heaviest and fastest 44 special factory load. In the 24-3 with the 4" barrel it's like shooting a 38. Save the brass and start reloading if you already do not reload. Once you do that the fun really begins. Frank

I have been handloading since 1967 so no store bought ammo for me. I put a few through it yesterday. I had some I loaded about 10 years ago for a single action I had. 8 gr. of unique with a 200gr boolit I cast, it will shoot the same hole at 15 steps when I do my part. now I just need a 3 in........
