What are the 681 going for , it has the 4 inch barrel in 95% condition ,no box or papers

In that condition without pics I would say a good starting point would be $600 in my neck of the woods.

If it is more than $725, it is probably high and you should look elsewhere.

$500 is a steal, $600 is a good deal.

They are Cult guns like the 28 and the 58.

In that condition i would happily pay $600 for a 681 or 581 if i had cash on hand.

Yes. An easy $600 here in my neck of the woods. A little more if it had the box and papers.
