Time for my next purchase. I was following the auctions for a 66-2 or 3 or 4 snubby. Partial to the old school Smith's.

I already have a 686 SSR 4" but stumbled across the 686 3-5-7 3". Always loved the non-fluted look. Not a fan of the lock, but I find it more annoying than hate. More of a home defense, range gun than anything else.

Soliciting opinions, so I've come to the right place. And, buy both is not an option. Well maybe ...

Well I really hate the lock.

And a 66-0 or -1 is the only gun I am currently looking for, so that's my answer.
