Show off your "nanners"!
Round butt factory target stocks -- "bananas" -- are just what a fine revolver like my 66-2 3" needs to wear. I lucked into a great pair recently, and they are all I thought they would be.
Show off your own "nanners" in this thread!

Model 19-5. No idea if it is a converted 2.5in or what, although I lean toward converted with the rear sight going all the way to the front of the frame. Just know I like it. Got it off of Gunbroker for $525, and was the only bidder.

These K frame grips were crafted by Keith Brown from Brazilian Purple Heart with pre war style checkering and post war medallions.

Spectacular, Toyman!
Never heard of that wood before, so I looked it up and, indeed, there is one called purpleheart that's native to several Central and South American countries including Brazil. Makes a fine set of stocks in the hands of a maestro like Senor Brown, that's for sure!
And I thought a Brazilian Purple Heart was what you earned for being wounded at Carnival in Rio de Janeiro!

I have small hands and short fingers and they fit my hand better than any other grips I have tried.
I wish some of the current "high end" gripmakers like "Kurac" would start making them again. I would probably keep him in business.

I figured "nanners" was what Southerners called 9 mm pistols?
I'm glad I peeled open this thread and slipped into the conversation about some really nice stocks/grips. I'm going to split now.

Here's my 66-2. I don't have a pic of my 10-8 3", but it was shipped with targets, according to the label. That was one of the reasons I bought it.

Since I have 4, I will spread them around. Probably will start with my vintage fried peanut butter gun!
