Thank you very much for the quick reaponse. I am currently working on purchasing said firearm. There was a lot of conflicting information in the listing by the seller. I am assuming they were not quite sure what they had. For starters the m60 was listed as a no dash but indicated that it was 357 magnum in numerous places in the listing. The "no dash" and 357 magnum clearly dont jive nor does th 1 7/8" barrel and 357 magnum. So i finally requested the serial number and am attempting to straighten out much of the information on my own.
The seller is asking $500, the piece shows markings from being carried and normal use. The finish appears to be in decent condition. I tend to purchase firearms with the intention of using them so i am not concerned about minor markings. However, $500 seems to be about $150 high for a fair condition m60 in 38 special.
