Hello all, I just bought a used 657 from a friend who bought it from a friend who got it new. Haven't had time to clean it yet, it's dirty. I think I got a good deal on it for $700. a scratch here and there but over all not bad.

Just wondering how good this shoots, it's going to be awhile till I can shoot this because I just got my knee scoped.

Welcome, the 41 Mag has a good reputation for accuracy, but the secret is hand-loading. Not too much is available if factory ammo.

Welcome to the FORUM! I have been tempted before with the .41 Magnum. It did not happen though! We would like it if you posted some pictures! Enjoy! Bob

Welcome to the forum. 657s/and 41 Magnum can get addictive. You'll enjoy that one. And if you don't reload, 41 Magnum is a good reason to start.

Thanks for the welcomes and if reloading is what this gun likes, it will be moving on.
