Where is the best place to find a 357PD 41 Mag for sale
Hello all. New member here.
I've been looking for a 357PD Airweight 41 mag for quite some time but keep coming up empty. There was one recently on GB that had a price of $2,600 and I'm just not THAT interested in owning one.
I've exhausted all resources that I know of to look and was hoping someone either had one they may be willing to sell or can point me to some new resources to look.
I'm not in a hurry per sé but I know they will only continue to climb in value.
I could have picked up a 329PD today but I'm more interested in the 41 than the 44.
Thanks for any insight you can share.

Welcome to the forum.
Other than the usual places, post a WTB add here and other firearms forums you are a member of.
They didn't produce very many of them. So, finding one is going to be a challenge.

Thanks for the welcome.
I had a buddy that picked up one for $750 at a gun show a while back. I called dibs because he's always selling stuff but he sold it to his brother who sold it shortly after.
Haven't seen one for sale since.

It's an uncommon gun and owners either know it ($2600, too high) or don't ($750, a really good price). Agree with ads here and elsewhere and being on the lookout for one at gun shows, pawn shops, etc. - one will turn up at the right price but it may be a while. Good luck in your search.

Where in TX are you? I saw one in a LGS (if it is close to you). It may be gone by now as I haven't been in there in 6 months or better.

I don't think there are many of them. I have one but not interested in selling. The best advice is to keep looking. Its OK to turn away from one that is overpriced but keep in mind the asking prices. It could be there is a market for them that really is that high.
329s seem to be available. They're also painful to shoot. It could be the best 44 Special ever produced. But we don't see a lot of low power 41 loads, so if you don't reload you might not even like the 357. Mine is unfired and I only bought it because it makes a fine addition with the 329. Smart folks don't do stuff that hurts their hand.

Well, you are quite a drive away, but if you want I will get you the name & number of the FFL that had it. Shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

They are hard to come by. Took me about a year and a half. GunBroker and the others, but the asking price will normally be high. If you find one you will like it. Mine is my "Hunting Revolver" A joy to carry all day long week in and out, during the season.

Yeah I've been casually looking for about a year. It am ramping up the search now.
A light weight revolver with plenty of punch is exactly why I want this. I found a 329 PD recently but I'm already heavily invested in 41 mag and have zero 44 mag guns.

Sorry to bring up a necro thread but still on the lookout for one of these.
There’s one on GB but he’s lost his mind on the asking price.

It’s priced high, but will some collector pay that?
I’d look for a s&w m58.

Its interesting that these "lightweight" revolvers are so popular and hard to come by... but S&W seems to keep discontinuing them.
Im looking for the Model 360 Kit Gun (12oz 357 Mag Scandium JFrame, Titanium Cyl, 3.125 inch barrel) but haven't even seen one for sale in months... at any price.
Other hard to find guns have been the M&P 360 3 inch barrel, 337 Ti Kit Gun (38 special 3 inch barrel), 327PD, 342PD, and 386 Sc Mountain Lite.

Maybe. I’m not looking for a collector piece. I WILL use the gun. That’s been listed multiple months and he recently raised the price from $3,000 to $3,500.
