Default 41 Special L- and K-frames

I won't belabor the point, but I suspect S&W would sell several thousand units of 6-shot L-frames in 41 Special, 2.5" and 4" barrels, and 5-shot K-frames in 2.5" barrel.

I also want a 40/65 or 40/70 WCF Marlin 1895 and won't get that, either.

A K frame cylinder is not big enough for anything that starts with a 4.

I asked a gun builder to make me a .41 Special five shot on a Mod 64 (K-Frame). He said he would not do it as the chamber walls would be as thin as cigarette paper, if he could fit them in at all. He hinted that he had tried it before, but didn't come right out and say it.
