Default Exact Clone of S&W Combat Grips

I've seen a lot of the Combat style grips out there from various vendors like Badger, Altamont, Eagle, Cullin etc.- but does anyone make an exact copy of the original Combat grips with the medallion for the K/L and N frame?

Thanks in Advance.

Keith Brown would be my first choice. He makes some that are pretty much exact. I wish I could afford some.

Usually the copies won't have the washers on the inside of the stocks.

Partially incorrect.

The later factory versions did not have washers inside so that is not a valid point for determination of authenticity.

I am interested in the exact shape even if the washers are missing on the inside.

I think Culina's are about as close as I've seen to factory. They look great too, but almost as pricey as factory though.

I love S&W combat grips, but for the prices I can live with my Ahrend retro combats.

Culina is pretty much identical in contour, fit as well and often better than originals, and are available in much higher quality woods.

Walnut

Cocobolo

Osage Orange at the top, factory Goncalo Alves directly below it

It doesn't get much closer than Culinas. Here's one of his N frame, square butt, combats in Birdseye Maple.

Never said they all did.

I said copies won't have them.

I would highly recommend Culina grips to you. They are pretty much identical to factory original combats and offer lots of different choices of woods. Jennifer can help you out. She is GripmakersWife on here or go to there website culinagrips.com

Bought a set of RB combats off the Smith and Wesson store last spring. Almost an exact copy of the originals except just a hair thicker. They were 75 dollars plus shipping. Came with the medallions. Looked on the back and they were marked Arhends. Better than paying 250 plus for the real thing.

Just Ebay those things if you are wanting some. My 629-10 didn't have those new age flat sided stockers on it for long. And I sold them off for like $65 after I replaced them to recoup some of the cost.
