Default Thought I was done with J frame snubs

I haven't been in the market for any J frames lately, but I happened to be by my local gun shop. 30 seconds in the door
and that all changed. I already have one, but for $400 out the door I decided to get another. You just don't find these 9mm snubs very often

Congrats! Bought a S&W 642 recently and it fits a niche quite well.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Walked out of LGS with a 3" Model 60-3.
Nice 442 you grabed, enjoy!

Default Wow!

That is one sweet 9mm, I'd have gone in the doghouse if that showed up at my local gunshop!

Great find the 940s are under-rated in my opinion, and at $400 OTD, you darn near stole it.

Wow, Very nice. You scored big time. There has been one for sale locally at $700.00. You are only out of the market until the next one shows up.

That is a great buy. I thought my 600.00 one was a find.

They are good shooters and give some different options than the .38 special when it comes to defensive rounds.

Yeah, I'd have taken it home at that price, too. Hopefully it's not in need of some factory TLC.

You stole it. Do I see that it's a 9mm? If so, very cool. I'm assuming it runs on Moon Clips the way my 625 runs them for .45acp and .45Super? If so, very, very cool. I wish/want all my revolvers machined for Moon Clips after buying my 625-8. They make a cylinder refill just as fast as a mag change of my 1911 Commander... that I have a lot of time on as well. Buffalo Bore has some great 9mm loads. I more and more am using their 158gr Soft Cast LSWCHP's in the +P variety in my vintage "J" frames. I still have a healthy supply of their non+P load that I carry too.
