Here's one of my favorites to carry with Ahrends grips. Never know it is there. Extremely good shorter, or just fits my eye.
I want to post pics of my model 36 and a model 13 later with new grips from Ken Driskill (bigmtman) here on this forum.

Great looking 640 and grips - I'm jealous! I've had a 640 Pro on my want list at least all this year - then something like my last 442 pops up ... $300 and near NIB condition. I can't seem to ever save up $600+!! ...

While my 640-1 isn't a Pro Series gun, I love it just the same. Mostly pocket carries during the long Texas summers, 'cause the weight doesn't bother me at all. It resides most days in my right front pocket in a Mika round bottom holster.

I think our 640's are a perfect carry revolver!

Today I picked up a 640-1 Pro. I've been wanting one aftering seeing a picture of a fellow member's 640-1. I had originally put VZs on her, but I really like the looks of the bananas. Scratch another off the list!

I would appreciate if someone could give an approximate ship date. CZH3050.

Smith did a really nice job with the 640 pro. The fluted barrel, barrel length and sights along with the cylinder cut for moon clips really make a nice little package. I love mine! I put the CT LG-350 Green laser on and it fits my hand perfectly, almost like its custom made.
