Default Two PC 629-6 Carry Comps and grip differences

I have two PC 629-6 Carry Comps. One dated 2006 and the other 2009. The 2009 one has what seem like Eagle grips which are correct when I view the S&W brochure.
The photos show my 2006 version with the grips that I can not identify. Please note the two additional support pins which I have never seen before now. Are they wood or laminate?
Can someone help identify the maker and if they were on the gun when it left S&W?
Thanks for any assistance.

I think they're Altamont grips with the 2 pins. S&W did & does put them on their guns. They have always looked like plastic to me but they're some type of laminate. Not real wood.

Thanks regalsc. I went to the Altamont site and they seem like the same grips.
