Default Help Dating New 686-4

Hi there....looking for some help dating my new 686. I'm a first time poster and first time SW owner. Been looking for a 686 for a while and this 686-4 came up for sale locally from a private party and I jumped on it. I'm a little familiar with the dashes but any info you can give me from the markings would be appreciated. Looks like a RB that someone had put a SB conversion on. I like the look of it though. It didn't come with the original grips or the box so no info there. I'm trying to attach pics so hopefully that works. If not, serial number CBS39xx. Thanks for the help and looking forward to posting more.
