UPDATE-657-4 6" price check...brought it home today.
I tried searching GB for past sales and really didn't see any (maybe I don't know how to navigate ).
Would like to hear your thoughts on current pricing.
Gun and case...original owner..will be looking at it mid next week.
From the photos it appears to have been shot but well taken care of.
Thanks

Brought it home today
Picked it up about 90 minutes ago (photos in original post).
Not much of a turn line.
Added bonus 460 rounds of ammo .
What a way to end the "Old Year" and bring in the "New Year"!!!
Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Years!!!

Nice piece. I have been on the lookout for a 657 for a few years. Haven't yet found the combination of condition and price that I want.
I would have worked at buying that one.

So, what did you have to pay for it?

Teriffic gun. My favorite caliber, and about $500 worth of ammo to boot, assuming is all factory stuff. I've got a 57 no dash that I love to shoot.

Paid $825 to a private seller and all ammo is factory loads.

IMO, that's on the upper middle price for that gun w/o the ammo. You did well...very well...You'll love it!
