Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum. Could someone help me out with information on a revolver that was given to me? It’s unfired and purchased new in 1993, I believe it’s a model 686. Serial number BSM84XX. A guess on the value would also be appreciated.

Based on the serial number it likely shipped in....
