I got this holster off the Bay a while back. It was on an EPS basket stamped belt with 2 matching EPS basket stamped 44 cal bullet slides. The seller said it probably fit a short barreled 44. When I got it, was stamped Colt 3". So I go to town looking for a 3" J frame, that's close to a 3" Colt, Right? Found no 3" J frame but did find a 3". In the holster is my 2" model 36. I'm still looking for a nice 3" J frame and now looking for a holster for my 3" 65-5. I have the original grips for the 65 but not the full package. I've been told the fun is in the search!
