NEWEST ACQUISITION 34-1
Just picked this thing up today and will take it out and give it some exercise tomorrow. Model 34-1, 1983 shipping date. Steel frame 2" adjustable sights 6 shot cylinder. I have no real use for it but I got what I consider to be a killer deal ($500) so I jumped on it like a rat on a Cheeto. Very light turn ring, minor blue wear around the muzzle. I admit to not being a huge J-frame fan, I prefer the Colt DS, but for a great little plinker this was just too good to let go. If I did it right a photo is attached. The gun is much nicer than the photo.

Very nice, those little things are a ton of fun. I love going for walks and just plinking with it. Pretty amazing how accurate they can be with that short little barrel. Enjoy!

You’ll love that gun.
The most useful 22 Smith has ever produced IMHO.

Kudos to you with that find. I am envious as I want one and have looked hard. Have not found anything close to that price.

I always wanted a 34 snubby and as many guns as I have bought
and traded never ended up with one. A couple years ago I got
one on trade. To late for me I wish I had gotten one when I was
younger. I couldn't shoot it for nuts. Put it on bags and could
shoot as good as 4". I don't have it anymore, think I sold it here
on forum.
