Default Just got my new 686 pro series in!

I just got my new 686 pro series! Just came off the truck when I got it. I love it!
Everything went pretty smoothly when I got it. But the gun is so unique and this is the first one the store ever sold. The dealer didn't know what to charge me for it. Lol

This gun is awesome! Everything including the rubber grips feel good. The gun looks great. The finish looks beautiful. The cylinder looks real good with that one extra chamber and not to forget about it being cut for moon clips that it came with.

One thing that I fell in love with was the trigger!
When I got into my car. I took it out and squeezed the trigger and man it felt so good!
I had never had a trigger that felt so Good.

This is my first ever performance center.
It's to my understanding that Smith and Wesson performance center revolvers can be a bit quirky. Mine is no different. After I got done showing it off to my family.
I found a extremely small gap between the barrel and frame. It doesn't bother me. It's barely noticeable.
The gun works like a well tuned clock! I can hear it lock up while I cock the gun single action. It sounds better than my 586.
All in all I am happy with it so far!
I will give a detail rang report with in a couple of weeks.

Never saw that model. Very nice! You have a good eye for beautiful revolvers! May I suggest you check the tightness of the strain screw. I (and other posters) have reported strain screws on L-frame .357s to either not be fully seated or to loosen under firing. This happened on my 686 SSR and my recent 586-L Comp, both lovely guns, BTW. Good shooting!

I had the same idea. But I forgot to check it when I took the grips off last night. I will post more pics later.

Here's more pics!
Here it is with my 586.
I slid in my sure strike laser to dial in my sites in and ran into my first problem. I'm having problems with lining up my sites. It's no big deal. I'm just going to put some red paint on the front site. I had the same problem with my old GP100.
