Hi All,

I would like to replace the standard factory dovetail front sight on my 686 Competitor with a fiber front sight. I fire alot of WA1500, Police Pistol 1 and Service Pistol B competitions and the current sights just aren't good enough compared to a Aristocrat sight rail or other pinned front sights available to other 686 models.

Been looking everywhere and doesn't seem there is anything around. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I would try a phone call to Brownells customer service. Their people are normally very knowledgeable and they carry every type of front sight blade under the sun.

What is it you want? A simple black Patridge post? Something more exotic?

Revolver supply company has front sights for the SW 686 competitor. I just spoke with them and ordered one dove tail fiber optic one.
