S&W Model 15-4, 2 inch barrel, nickel finish. No box. Serial no. 30K3***

I have an opportunity to purchase the above revolver. I don't know how to post photos, but I took a couple of quick pictures if someone wants me to email them to review. It looks better than the photos. Trying to get an idea of what I should consider paying for it. I'm in California, so most smiths sell for more in our area. The seller is asking $525

Up here that would be a reasonable starting price given at least a 95% gun with out box/docs.
