Default 686+ 2.5 vs 66 2.75

So I have been looking at getting a new 357 and right now I got it down to a 2.5'' 686 plus 7 shot or a 66 2.75'' these a both new guns. The 686 plus is about $70 less than the 66 but both are excellent deals just seeing what would be the best one to got with as they are both very close in weight and overall length.

Wow, what a choice. Both are great guns. The plus for the 686 is the extra round. In favor of the 66 is the full-size ejector rod as well as the new lock up on the yoke (a stronger lock-up without the potential for the rod backing out and seizing the cylinder). That's not much. I'd go with which you thought was better looking or feeling in the hand.

I went with the 686+ in 3".....never looked back.
However, as soon as I find a good deal on the 66-8 with the 2-3/4", I getting one.

Well both are online deals the 686+ is $586 before rebate and the 66 is $646 before rebate. Both guns will have a $30 rebate so for the price I plan on buying both.
