JRR-08 Handicraft grips
I tried a set on a 637-2.
The backstraps broke out after two rounds of .38 Special.
Is this typical, or a fluke?

I don't know about the durability of "white pearl resin", but $35.00 per round fired is unacceptable. I'd contact their customer service on that one.

Got em for my brother (I don't like 'pearl').
Didn't like their feel either. I'm tempted to just chalk it off to a learning experience.
BTW, Altamont makes a really great feeling combat grip in 'Super Rosewood' and they don't break.
