Default M360 Shoots to the left

Just picked up a M360 in 38 sp. used but like new.
It’s shooting 4”to the left. Can this be fixed at the factory or am I stuck. Never had a problem like this before. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Call S&W customer service and ask them, but first Did you shoot this off a rest/sandbag and have someone else shoot it to see if they got the same results?
If you have and it still shoots 4” left, give them a call!

Need more info, what ammo were you shooting, brand, grain, did you try different ammo, did you have someone else try it, what were the conditions you were shooting under?

I have a model 60 3" in .38spl I shoot poorly, but it's got homemade porting in the barrel and other people shoot it like I do, low and to the left.

I think it's a sight issue for mine, they are non-adjustable, I also did very poorly at a indoor range with AR's making me flinch next door to my booth.

The ammo was all hand loads 124, 138, and 158
All loads I shoot out of my other J frames as well as my 686’s. Indoor range target at 17 feet

It was 4" to the left at 17 feet? i.e. 6 yards?
That gun needs to go back. I thought you meant 4" to the left at 25 yards, which could be fixed by a little bit of front sight bending or rear sight filing.

If it shoots directly left or right I highly doubt it has anything to do with ammo. Is your barrel clocked slightly off center it will throw the shot off. In other words is the front sight directly in line with the rear sight or is it tilted a bit to the right as you look down the barrel from the rear or top of the gun?
