Default 7 shot Model 27-3

I have a 7 shot cylinder in my model 27-3. It works with full moon clips. It was called "the edge" by Baumannize Inc. in NY state. I believe this was done in the early 1990's. I am looking for any information, copy of an advertisement, the time that this started and ended. I been looking without any luck. Thanks for any help. Larry

Larry.
If I recall correctly, the Bauman conversions first came on the scene in the 80s.

There were at least two or three magazine articles about them. I always wanted a 7 shooter until 1996 when S&W came out with the 8 shooters

You might try searching the archives at Shooting Times, Guns and Ammo or American Handgunner's websites
