What is the difference between a Ladysmith 65-5 3" and a Ladysmith 65-6 3" ?
Is there a difference in value?

The number after the dash is an engineering revision. The 6 digit product code is how specific configurations are identified by Smith and Wesson
In this case the -5s were built on the old style mills and the -6s were the change to the CNC mills.
The most visible difference will be the change from a pressed in cylinder stop stud to the cylinder stop that is integral to the frame
